The bill (Reg. No. 2489) suggests bringing the Law “On holding economic experiment re state support to shipbuilding industry” in line with the subclause 6 of clause 4 of section XXI of the Customs Code in the part of conditions for privileged import duty taxation.
Committee members noted that the suggested legislative initiatives aim at supporting shipbuilding industry.
The Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat recommends adopt it as a basis with consideration of remarks and suggestions made. The Ministry of Finance in its expert conclusion deems adoption of the bill inexpedient.
